We take a proactive approach and contact utility providers directly to manage supply and transfer of gas, electricity, water and council tax.
Utility readings taken at check-in/check-out inspections are used where applicable. If queries regarding meter readings arise, a member of the Inventories-Inc team attend the property to take relevant meter information and communicate directly with utility companies.
We contact the relevant utility companies providing details of outgoing or incoming tenants and relevant billing address details as well as providing additional information for landlords if applicable.
