We will work to meet the specific investment goals of the landlord, typically offering a range of design alternatives in order to maximise the overall yield of the property asset.
Our Design Director will work with our experienced team of trusted contractors to ensure that a high standard of work is carried out appropriate to the property and its target rental market.
Our Development and Design Management team can also be instructed by clients when they are preparing a property for sale or when changing use of a property; our experience includes mixed portfolios incorporating both residential and commercial properties.
Fiona Sharpe, MD at Inventories Inc qualified in Design and Decoration at New York University and her knowledge in this area has formed the foundations of this side of the Business. Fiona’s background in the property industry has included setting up Hamptons International in Asia and working in the residential departments of both Chesterton Humberts and Jones Lang LaSalle. Her experience in the international investment department of Hillier Parker enabled her to understand client’s needs when building UK property investment portfolios, while acquiring both residential and commercial sites.
Dawn Graham-Baker, Design Director, enjoyed a long career in Investment Banking, working for S.G Warburg in London and Hong Kong and for Morgan Stanley in New York, specialising in client acquisition and servicing. With a background in International Financial Markets and wide experience in global property markets she has a strong skillset to help design and develop property portfolios, utilising detailed market research to enable clients to maximise value and yield in their property assets. She speaks fluent Mandarin and French. Trained at KLC School of Design London her experience includes work on Property Investment Projects in London, Hong Kong, New York and France.
