The inventory service is supported by our property services department which includes interim inspections and dilapidation advice ensuring the property maintains a high market standard throughout tenancies.

This is an non conflicting bespoke service where we work in partnership with landlords, contractors and service companies to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standard. It is a service corporate landlords use to support their property management service and offers a range of services.

Our Approach

Using our extensive property management experience we aim to assist landlords in keeping occupancy rates high either through retaining good tenants and also by streamling the process of re-letting.
