Interim Property Inspections

Inventories Inc carry out a mid tenancy inspection by arrangement with Landlord and Tenant. A non conflicting report is then compiled enabling the Landlord to ensure that the property is well maintained during the tenancy.  The report will specify any works or repairs are required.

Interim inspections at regular intervals throughout tenancies are vital components for the successful property management of residential portfolios.
