Fiona Sharpe, Managing Director
Inventories Inc was founded by property services Director and experienced inventory specialist, Fiona Sharpe in 2001.
Fiona brings to the business a wealth of knowledge of the property industry. As well as heading up Hamptons International in Asia, she has extensive agency and property management experience at Chesterton Humberts, Hillier Parker and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Fiona’s background in the property industry as well as experience in specialist inventory services led her to set up a foundation service in property services; a service supporting the management infrastructure of investment property.
Our Team
Inventories Inc are members of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC). We adhere to the Association’s Code of Practice and offer full professional support to clients with regard to dispute resolution.
We take an impartial, independent view when making detailed inventory reports, meeting tenants at the start of tenancies for Check In and Check Out inspections, and producing reports at the end of tenancies.
Our team’s intuitive attention to detail, ability to communicate and extensive knowledge and experience of the property industry have given us a valued and respected reputation as one of the leading inventory and property services specialists in the UK.
PAOLA SMITH
PROJECT SUPPORT
Having completed her degree in Industrial Design Paola went on to study interior design at Chelsea Art College. Paola began her working career training in Mechanical Engineering overseas and later jointed The Manhattan Loft Corporation in the UK, working predominately on their Manhattan Loft Gardens project in Stratford. Paola joined Inventories Inc to carry out the role of project support for all aspects of the company’s projects.
ROB NEIL
BUILDING AND ESTATE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Rob studied his BA (Hons) at the Sir John Cass Faculty of After, Architecture and Design and went on to study Estate Management completing a Diploma in Surveying Practice. Having had over 12 years in property management working full time for The Grosvenor Estate, Rob brings a wide variety of skills to Inventories Inc property services.
SARAH QUESTED
ACCOUNTS SERVICES DIRECTOR
Sarah’s career started as a PA to Consultants at Guy’s Hospital, a major teaching hospital. Having had experience in running her own catering company and as a volunteer for two large UK charities her communications skills and business knowledge has enabled her to support the day to day running of Inventories Inc operations.
Management Platform Services
The property services of Sharpe St James was set up by Fiona Sharpe in 2002, trading as Inventories Inc. Her team supports many aspects of property services including the Utility transfer services for Landlords, snag lists and all aspects of inventory work for commercial and residential properties. These services bring a ground level understanding of rental properties and standards required for tenancies.
This service is used by some larger landlords and more recently as a management support platform for developers and PRS scheme.
